and operational disciplines. We bring together a combined hands-on experience of over 20 years, with direct experience working
with organizations, leaders, and their workforce in Malaysia, Singapore, Oman, Myanmar, India, Thailand, Indonesia, China, the UK,
and continue to expand our professional services across many other markets in Asia. AsiaRAC aims to empower human capital in Asia

The story of AsiaRAC is one of resilience and vision, born from the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2020, amidst the global
upheaval, our founder, Mr. Lingesh Lechamanan, also known as BiGGuru, faced the unexpected loss of his job. This setback, however,
became the catalyst for a powerful new beginning. Recognizing the critical role of the retail sector in the Asian economy and driven
by a passion for the industry, Mr. Lingesh envisioned a center of excellence that would empower and grow enterprises across the region.
This vision culminated in the formation of AsiaRAC in 2021.
Initially focused on providing retail solutions, AsiaRAC quickly recognized the broader need for impactful organizational development.
We ventured into purpose-driven team building designed to drive organizational goals, and subsequently expanded our offerings to encompass
comprehensive corporate training for various industries.
